1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Shah Wali Synergy ("SWS", "we", "us", or "our"), a project and construction management consultancy registered in Pakistan with its principal office at Office No 1, A30, Sector X3, Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, Sindh 75400, Pakistan.

By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry, downloading our resources, or otherwise interacting with our online presence, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you are permitted to:

The Shah Wali Synergy name, "SWS PM CM" mark, and associated logos are proprietary identifiers of our business. Nothing on this Site grants you any licence or right to use these marks without our prior written consent.

Limited licence for personal use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce or republish our articles, guides, or blog posts (in whole or substantial part) on any other website, publication, or platform
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content without our written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions from downloaded materials

Short quotations from our content are permitted for review, commentary, or educational purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given to Shah Wali Synergy with a link back to the original page.

4. No Professional Advice

SWS accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information published on this Site without obtaining appropriate professional advice.

If you engage SWS formally as your consultancy, separate professional service terms and a signed contract will govern that relationship. These website Terms of Use do not constitute a consultancy engagement.

5. Free Downloadable Resources

We offer certain documents, templates, and checklists for free download from our Site ("Resources"). These Resources are provided as a professional courtesy and are subject to the following conditions:

• Resources are licensed for your personal or internal business use only — you may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as your own work
• Resources are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we endeavour to keep them accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees as to their completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose
• You must retain all copyright notices and attribution within the documents
• Adapting a Resource for your own internal use is permitted; publishing an adaptation externally requires our prior written consent

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shah Wali Synergy, its directors, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party
• Any content you submit to us through the Site

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

We will endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably in the first instance. If you have a concern about these Terms or our Site, please contact us before initiating any formal proceedings — most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is only effective if given in writing and signed by an authorised representative of SWS.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shah Wali Synergy with respect to your use of the Site, and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties relating to the same subject matter.

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and SWS.
